Minimum 5 hour charter @ $1,600 per hour.
20% surcharge to food and drinks & 100% surcharge on staff.

STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $350 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-10 pax 1 x staff. 11-20 pax 2 x staff. 21-35 pax 3 x staff.
CHEF FEE: $350 (4hrs) $87.50 per hour thereafter
(Chef required for all menus)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to permitted wharves only)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $200 (flat fee)
BYO DRINK: $20 (per person - minimum spend $500)
