STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $250 for 4 hours, $50/hr thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-10 pax 1x wait staff required. 11-20 pax 2x wait staff required. 21-33 pax 3x wait staff required
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
SURCHARGE: 20% on total cost
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)

BYO FOOD: $200 flat fee
BYO DRINK FEE: $15 per person
