20% surcharge on total cost of booking for all Public Holidays
30% surcharge on total cost for New Year's Day
50% surcharge on total cost for Christmas Day
20% surcharge on catering services for all public holidays.
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1 needed for 60-80pax. 2 needed for 81-100pax.
SECURITY GUARD: $300 per guard (4hrs), $75 per hour thereafter
GUARD REQUIREMENTS: 1 needed for all 18th to 25th Birthdays and Bucks when group is over 50
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $75 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $15 (per person)
(Includes crockery, cutlery, cups, sound system, ice and eskies. BYO drinks and food)
NOTE: Straight Spirits need to be served by crew. BYO is not available alongside a drinks package.
