25% surcharge on vessel hire and F&B and 100% surcharge on staff
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $400 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $450 (4hrs) $85 per hour thereafter
(1 needed for groups up to 20 pax, 2 needed for groups 21 and over)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD AND DRINK
BYO FOOD: Up to 50 pax: $500. 51-90 pax: $1000
BYO DRINKS: $20 per person
BYO CHEF: $500 applies (small groups only)
NOTE - BYO not permitted during High Season. All BYO food and drinks MUST be delivered to vessel prior to boarding.
