20% surcharge to standard rates

MINIMUM HIRE: 5 Hrs
HOURLY RATE: $2,000
SURCHARGE: A 20% surcharge for food and drink and a 50% surcharge for staff
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $350 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-9 pax 1 x wait staff required. 10-20 pax 2 x wait staff required. 21-36 pax 3 x wait staff required. 37-49 4 wait staff required
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
Manly Wharf and Middle Harbour travel surcharge: $200 for each pick up and drop off.
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $10 (per person - Minimum $250 charge)
BYO DRINK: $25 (per person)
(Inclusive of Eskies, ice, crockery, cutlery, cups and serving equipment. Minimum food preperation or $250 chef fee applies.
NOTE: BYO beverages are not permitted Thursday to Saturday in December (prior to Christmas).
PRE LOADING FEE: $200 (flat fee)
