Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Australia Day - $1100ph, plus wharf and BYO fees and 50% surcharge to staff fees
All other Public Holidays $1000ph plus wharf and BYO fees and 20% surcharge to staff fees
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1 required for groups with bar service or groups over 25
