STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $400 per staff member (4hrs), additional hour on request
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $650 (4hrs), additional hour on request
(1 Chef required for all Buffet and 3-course menus)
GALLEY MANAGER: $650 (4hrs) additional hour on request
(1 Manager required for all BYO cruises with Galley usage)
SECURITY: $220 (4hr) $55 per hour thereafter
(required for 18th - 21st birthdays)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $75 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD AND DRINK

Optional crockery and cutlery hire for $5.00 per person
PLEASE NOTE: BYO on request Mondays to Wednesdays of November to December and Monday to Fridays of January to October. BYO is not permitted outside of these periods.
