STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $400 per staff member (4hrs) additional hour rate on request
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $660 (4hrs) additional hour rate on request
(1 Chef required on all catered cruises)
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Canape menu options starting from $75 per person
Drinks packages available or drinks on consumption (to be settled at the end of the charter)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
