25% surcharge vessel hire and 100% surcharge on staff, food and drinks
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $480 per staff member (4hrs) $120 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $480 (4hrs) $100 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required for all catered cruises)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
