WAIT STAFF: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter

13-31 pax 2 x staff members needed
32-41 pax 3 x staff members needed
CHEF: $400 (4hrs) $80 per hour thereafter
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
