PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
SURCHARGE: 20% on total cost using Saturday rate
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 for 4 hours, $75/hr thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1-15 pax 1x wait staff required. 16-30 pax 2x wait staff required.
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $200 (flat fee)
BYO DRINK FEE: $15 (per person)

EXTRAS
MIXOLOGIST: $360 for 4 hrs
PRE-ACCESS: $100 (1hr before the cruise for food and drinks drop off) / $300 (30 minutes before the cruise)
LILY PAD: $100
BYO DJ: No Charge (must be included in the total number of guest. Will need to bring own equipment)
NOTES
- Please bring substantial food for all BYO cruises. Chips and dips won't meet the minimum requirements as per NSW RSA legislation. All BYO food needs to be ready to serve, as no cooking is allowed on board by guests or crew.
- All alcoholic drinks will be served from the bar. Customers cannot serve themselves as per RSA regulations. Please be advised that red wine is not allowed on the vessel.

Sunseeker was perfect for our work event. George and his crew were amazing, everything was taken care of and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely book again and ask for George and his crew!
