20% surcharge to staff and BYO fees.

WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
STAFFING
STAFF COSTS: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1 staff member can be added (optional)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FEE: $200 (flat fee)
