STAFFING CHARGES
WAIT STAFF: $300 for 4 hours, $75/hr thereafter (1 required for each lot of 20 guests)
CHEF: $340 for 4 hours, $85/hr thereafter (needed for all catered cruises)
WHARF INFORMATION
