STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $250 per staff member (4hrs) $75 per hour thereafter (for catered cruises)
(1-25 guests: 1 x staff required / 26-50 guests: 2 x staff required / 51+ guests: 3 x staff required)
SECURITY: $350 for up to 4 hours
1X Security guard required for 18th to 21st Birthday Parties. Max 50 pax. No Bucks cruises
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $55 (per visit to CBD wharves)

(BYO disposable cutlery/plates, food, drinks and ice. Drinks must be delivered to the vessel prior to the cruise, and food must be pre-made and ready to serve. BYO Catering - easy serviceable foods eg, platter foods/sufficient food is required)
