SURCHARGE: 20% on total cost
STAFF RATE: 50% surcharge
CHRISTMAS DAY: $8,000
STAFFING CHARGES
STAFF COSTS: $250 for 4 hours, $75p/hr thereafter
STAFF REQUIREMENTS: 1 required for 1-15 pax. 2 required for 16 - 30 pax.
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FEE: $15 per person
(Fee includes cups, plates, cutlery, napkins, use of fridge, cooking utensils, ice, filtered drinking water, and post charter cleaning)
