STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $200 per staff member (4hrs) $50 per hour thereafter
(One required for groups over 80 pax)
SECURITY: $300 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
(1x required for groups over 50 pax. 2x required over 120 guests)
BARTENDER: $250 per staff member (4hrs) $60 per hour thereafter
(1x required for groups over 50 pax.)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $65 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves will be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK (Valid from Oct-Nov & Jan-Apr)
Up to 80 people for 4 hrs - $5,000 + $15 per person for postmix, ice and cups
81-120 people for 4 hrs - $6,000 + $15 per person for postmix, ice and cups
121-150 people for 4 hrs - $7,000 + $15 per person for postmix, ice and cups
151-200 people for 4 hrs - $8,000 + $15 per person for postmix, ice and cups
BYO drinks must be delivered to vessel prior to event and removed the following day
