WAIT STAFF: $250 per staff member (4hrs) 1 x staff per 10 guests)
SECURITY: $380 per guard (needed for 18th and 21st Birthdays, 2 required)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $75 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $15 (per person - minimum 60 pax)
