20% surcharge on hire, food and drinks and 100% surcharge on staff fees
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $400 per staff member (4hrs) $50 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $450 (4hrs) $120 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required for 10-29 guests and 2 chefs required for 30 to 110 guests)
