$200 – pre-loading – Galaxy I crew will collect catering from Elliott Street Wharf Balmain, transfer and load on behalf of the client at a pre-agreed time.

BYO DETAILS
- Includes tablecloths and clean up (client to supply their own crockery and cutlery)
- Catering is to be preloaded 2-3 hours prior to charter where possible, otherwise in the days before between 10am-2pm (preferred).
- Food is to be platter style or pre-prepared with minimum preparation required
- Galaxy I staff will assist with the serving of food and beverages during the charter
- No BYO charters on Friday’s or Saturday’s in November and December
- Preloading is at Elliott Street Wharf Balmain. Other preloading requests on application.
