PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL DAYS
20% surcharge based on boat hire, wharf and F&B. 50% surcharge on staff
STAFFING CHARGES
WAIT STAFF: $350 for 4 hours, $50/hr thereafter (1 required for each lot of 10 guests)
SECURITY: $400 for 4 hours, $65/hr thereafter (required for all 18th - 21st birthdays)
CHEF:
10 - 30 Guests: 1 Chef @ $550.00
30 - 50 Guests: 1 Chef @ $550 & 1 Galley Hand @ $400.00
51+ Guests: 2 Chefs @ $550 each = $1,100.00
Any additional hours are charged at $70

WHARF FEE: $100 (per visit to CBD wharves)
