WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $120 (return)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
STAFFING
WAIT/BAR STAFF: $330 per staff (4hrs). 1x staff required for every 30 guests
GALLEY FEE: $500 (flat rate). In addition to anyone who requires the use of the galley and its equipment. eg., fridge, freezer, oven, etc.
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: NO FEE. Guests must bring their own items: table covers, plates, napkins, cutlery, utensils, platters, cling wrap/foil, garbage bags, cups, etc.
BYO Caterer: $450 for guests using their own caterer. Food handling certification/RSA must be presented prior to them boarding.
BYO DRINKS: NOT ALLOWED. Bennelong Licensed Bar is available on TAB or Cash Bar.
EXTRAS:
Linen Hire for BYO cruises: $550 (already included for catered cruises)
BBQ Hire: $350
Pre/Post Access: $280 to load any items before the cruise.
BYO DJ: Yes. No speaker stands to be used on board the vessel. Alternatively, plug your device into our system, or your laptop into the smart TV.
NOTES:
- No smoking or vaping in any areas of the vessel
- Shoes with sharp heels will be asked to be removed by the crew.
