30% surcharge based on total cost for all Public Holidays and Wedding Cruises
STAFFING CHARGES
WAIT STAFF: $300 for 4 hours, $75/hr thereafter (1 required for each lot of 10 guests)
CHEF: $430 for 4 hours, $100/hr thereafter (needed for all catered cruises)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD & DRINK
BYO FOOD: $10 per person (Must be pre-cooked and pre-plattered)
BYO DRINKS: $20 per person (Includes supply of ice, eskys, use of fridges, cutlery, glassware etc)
NOTE: No BYO cruises on Fridays and Saturdays in December
