Rose Bay is not an up beat bustled area like Bondi; it's much more laid back, calm and relaxing. For this reason it's great for couples, families and friends, and solo travellers who want some peace and quiet but not far from civilisation. The Lyne Park playground offers activities for kids should they get a bit restless and Rose Bay Marina Kiosk is a great little cafe who offer bread for kids who want to feed the fish. Take advantage of being there to enjoy a homemade menu, perfect for breakfast, brunch and lunch.
