20% surcharge vessel hire and F&B and 100% surcharge on staff

WAIT/BAR STAFF: $360 per staff member (4hrs) $90 per hour thereafter
(One staff member required for every 10 guests)
CHEF FEE: $660 (4hrs) $165 per hour thereafter
(1 Chef required for all Buffet and 3 course menus)
EVENT MANAGER: $400 (4hrs) $100 per hour thereafter
(1 Manager required for al BYO cruises)
WHARF INFORMATION
WHARF FEE: $50 (per visit to CBD wharves)
(outside CBD wharves may be extra)
BYO FOOD AND DRINK
BYO FOOD: $1500 (flat fee)
BYO DRINK: $20 (per person)
