20% surcharge based on boat hire, wharf and F&B. 50% surcharge on staff
STAFFING CHARGES
WAIT STAFF: $300 for 4 hours, $50/hr thereafter (1 required for each lot of 10 guests)
SECURITY: $400 for 4 hours, $65/hr thereafter (required for all 18th - 21st Bdays
CHEF: $500 for 4 hours, $65/hr thereafter. 10 - 30 Guests 1 Chef required. 30 - 50 Guests 1 Chef & 1 Galley Hand required. 51+ Guests - 2 Chefs @ $500 each = $1,000.00

WHARF FEE: $100 (per visit to CBD wharves)
